I was genuinely blown away by the level of service from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and professional, and that same standard carried right through to the dentists and dental assistants.

I went in because I’d been dealing with some sensitivity and pain, and the check-up was extremely thorough. They took X-rays and really took the time to investigate what was going on, which gave me a lot of confidence that nothing was being missed.

What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained. They talked me through the findings, outlined the treatment options, and gave honest professional advice without any pressure. I left feeling informed, reassured, and actually relieved to have a clear plan moving forward.

Georgia and the team were just amazing.
The practice is professional and welcoming.
Georgia explained everything in a comforting way that made me feel at ease.
Removed the offending tooth quickly, with little fuss and provided fantastic aftercare advice.

I’m 75 and have never in my life had a good experience at the many dentists I have attended over the years.  I have a severe gag reflex, which only increases my anxiety. From the moment I walked through the door I was made welcome and comfortable. Dr. Grace examined me and gave me options, and after conferring with Dr. Anna, I was given a plan to have my treatment with "happy gas" and acupuncture……it was all done in a few hours, with absolutely no pain, and the empathy and care given by Dr. Anna and the lovely assistant Ruby was second to none. Every step was explained carefully and I can honestly say I walked out of this delightful practice with a renewed faith in dentists. Thank you to the lovely Mermaid Smiles team.
